Enchilada Sauce

Enchilada Sauce
1 box Quero Polpa 520grams
3 Tab chili powder
1/2 onion
1/2 tsp cumin
4 Tab flour
2 chicken bullion cubes
3 cloves garlic
Mix everything in magic bullet.  Add water to thin.  Warm up and serve.

  1. I am SOO excited to try this one! Did you use red or yellow onions? Also, do you have a picture of the Quero Polpa? Not sure what that is exactly or where to find it??
